After developing her skills working for other designers, Fernanda decided to develop her own brand specialized in upcycling.

Her creative process starts with research of the materials used in her contemporary pieces. Old materials, especially those coming from the industrial waste, are among her favorites. After choosing the raw material, she develops the concept of the collection and produces the first pieces.
As an upcycling brand, Fernanda Torquett has very small production capacity. The production size is defined by the quantity of available material. All her production chain is environmentally friendly, and she values her craftwork mark.

Her work mixes sophistication and existentialism. The brand is made for women that are in constant search for their purpose, women that believe that the key elements of life are held by the new and the future.
